It comes from the northern part of the capital Antananarivo. It is of a superior quality and very concentrated at the level of taste and perfume
HEAVY BLACK PEPPER
It is grown in our areas of exploitation in northern Madagascar. It is harvested glowing to produce black pepper mainly for the food industry and delicatessen
Rich in vitamins, sweet, very fragrant with a nutty flavor, it is a variety of rice grown by member associations, in Anjozorobe.
The wild pepper grows in the humid forest of Anjozorobe Angavo. Its handpick respects the required processes for the conservation of the environment in Madagascar.
A leguminous plant, the quality is adapted to make snacks or oil due to the size of its seeds and its fat content.
Salt is used as a condiment or as a preservative or preparation agent in the food industry.
The process follows a well-developed industrial process. The kernel is white and has no breakage. After being grilled and salted, this almond will become the « cashew nut » which will serve as an excellent appetizer.
The essential oil of Ravintsara comes from the leaves of Cinnamomum camphora, which are harvested exclusively in Madagascar.
RIZ MADAME ROSE
It is a variety of rice grown by member associations, in northern Madagascar, within the protected area Andrafiamena. The grain is long and thin. The aroma is best expressed at the moment of cooking.
